Appearing in The Wall Street Journal opinion page, Linda urged Congress to destroy all data already submitted for the Corporate Transparency Act filing.
As a CPA wishing to protect the privacy of my clients, I urge Congress to repeal the overreaching Corporate Transparency Act and require that the data collected by those who have already filed be destroyed. We don’t need another collection of data ripe for hacking.
